During high school and college, Kayla worked at the Ski Lodge on Lake McQueeney, giving her a firsthand appreciation for the area's lifestyle and unique waterfront communities.

Before real estate, Kayla built a successful career with a national staffing firm, where she managed the company's largest account and helped grow it to nearly three times its original size. That experience sharpened her skills in client relations, negotiations, problem-solving, and delivering results under pressure. Since becoming a REALTOR® in 2022, she has applied those same skills to help buyers and sellers navigate the market with confidence.
